AdvaLam is HEGLA's automatic laminated safety glass (VSG) cutting line with an edge deglazing module.
- Automatic film-peeling device removes overhanging VSG film on the front and long side
- Continuous, operator-free edge deglazing and X-direction traverse cutting
- Double gripper for precisely positioned pushing and pulling of glass plates
- Double cutting head with knife separation technology
- System-controlled removal of resulting offcut strips
- Automatic stop bridge for Z-cuts and single cuts
