The automatic spacer bender machine WHS bends aluminium and Warm Edge spacer bars, including Chromatech Ultra, TGI Spacer M, Thermix TX.N Plus, Thermobar, Multitech, Swisspacer Advance and Swisspacer Ultimate.

• Bends aluminium and Warm Edge spacer bars (Chromatech Ultra, TGI Spacer M, Thermix TX.N Plus, Thermobar, Multitech, Swisspacer Advance, Swisspacer Ultimate)
• Forms square, rectangular, trapezium, triangle and pentagon shapes; curves and arcs optional
• PC-based interface manages working parameters and spacer-specific setup, optimizing up to 1,200 different work measures
• Interfaces with common cutting-table optimization software (Perfect Cut, Optima, Albat-Wirsam, Hanic and others)
• No change of bending tool, bending system or cutting system needed when spacer type or thickness changes
• Fully automatic, fully integrated heating/cooling system
