The automatic desiccant filler machine fills spacer frames with desiccant, working with aluminium, stainless steel and Warm Edge spacers (Chromatech Ultra, Thermix TX.N Plus, TGI Spacer M, Thermobar, Multitech, Swisspacer Advance, Swisspacer Ultimate).

• Fully automatic drilling, desiccant filling and butyl closing sequence
• Compatible with aluminium, stainless steel and Warm Edge spacers
• Pressure filling for a complete fill at high speed
• Working head raises automatically to handle large frames, up to ≈2500 x 3500 mm
