EVO is Deltamax's most versatile and complete solution for flat glass inspection, described as a standard system that is nonetheless highly personalizable.

• Detects glass, coating, silkscreen, and edge defects on the sheet
• High personalization: the customer can set various quality levels and control parameters
• Adapts to all production lines, horizontal and vertical, with reduced footprint and minimal maintenance
• Can interface with the production line, for example to manage an automatic reject system for defective products
• Stores results and saves defect images
• Can generate custom statistics and production reports
• Scalable: hardware and software can be upgraded later to increase performance or functionality
• Dimensional control option: external dimensions, hole position and diameter, shape, and machining checks
• Silkscreen control option: completeness, position/rotation, and scratch/gap checks on printed bands; completeness, position/rotation, character legibility, residue, and ink-in-transparent-area checks on logos
• Can also be used for mirror control, inspecting a clean sheet for typical glass defects (bubbles, inclusions, scratches) or silvering defects (missing areas)
